I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the city center and just a short walk from the train station. The convenience of being in the outskirts of the city center made it easy for me to explore all the attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available to cater to all my needs. Additionally, the free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great perk. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The free toiletries, electric kettle, and AM/FM alarm clock were thoughtful touches that made me feel truly pampered. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great entertainment option, and the dining options at the restaurant were exceptional. The in-room breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day. The Hotel Staff was extremely courteous.. Really friendly and cooperative.., though the room size was really small, but being a business traveler it didn't mattered much..

The WiFi Internet was extremely poor..

The room was compact, I enjoyed that it was complete with the smallest single bed possible and good water pressure. The location was great and convenient, just a pleasant stroll away from Square Antonio Fontanesi. The property was set in a great area.

The location for Reggio Emilia was magnificent, short walk to the outskirts of the city center and stadium.

The position of the hotel was marvellous, on the outskirts of the town. And it was also close to the center of the town, and near to the train station.

The hotel's location near the city center was convenient for exploring. The restaurant had a nice selection of food, including hot and cold dishes. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable. The gym, although not fancy, was adequate for a workout. The free airport shuttle was reliable and saved time.

well-maintained hip new hotel with great value, we had a wonderful stay. it was a good location for us, near the center, the town centre and the main square. restaurant pamplemousse cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Loved the location of this hotel, it was so convenient for catching buses and trains, and also within walking distance to downtown. The restaurant in the hotel was also a highlight, the Modenalina Pizza was a must try! And the breakfast buffet was well prepared and delicious.

There were a few downsides during my stay. The room had a pungent aroma after it was cleaned, which was not pleasant.

Interesting layout with reception on 4th floor and 3 floors down on street level. Convenient shuttle to Marconi Airport in under 5 minutes. Classic breakfast with a good variety. Friendly and helpful staff who cleaned rooms daily and called taxis when needed. Free WiFi available.
